No. Sendy email marketing app is hosted on fast cloud servers. Currently, according to requirement, we use server from Amazon, Linode, OVH or DigitalOcean.
We host our server near to Amazon SES email servers, which are currently present in, Virginia, Oregon and Ireland. According to the availability of cloud servers, solution is deployed.
We do backup of your server instance on weekly basis.
After setup has completed at EasySendy server for you, you can easily import email lists inside the Sendy panel.
If you plan to import all old data like Reports and uploads from your existing setup, then you can request our Support Team to get help on this. And, with all the required information, Support Team provide you this service for free of cost.
When you activate your Amazon SES account for first time, there is sending limit of 50,000 emails per day. For increasing the limit, you need to send a request to Amazon SES team, after they are done with verification process, they will put SES account on automation mode. This enables your account to increase daily limit elastically, you can get email limits as high as 10,000,000 emails per day limit.

Yes, absolutely. You can use Sendy multiple brand option to activate this feature for your clients. You can generate separate login and pricing credential for your clients too.
After you have placed an order for any of the EasySendy Plan. To Set-up Sendy on our server, our support team require following information from you:
Temporary Amazon AWS Access through IAM – To Set-up Amazon SES, SNS, bounce and complaint files. If not created, create an account from here.
Support team will send the DNS records which you will have to update in you domain DNS settings, where Sendy will be hosted.
Yes, currently downgrade is not possible from Professional to Standard Monthly Plan. Downgrade option is not possible from Standard Yearly Plan to Standard Monthly Plan.
Upgrade option is available from Standard to Professional Monthly Plan. You need to inform us for the same before moving to next month.
In case of cancellation of Monthly Plans, you will get the refund of remaining amount for the month, for which you will not use the service, calculated according to the number of remaining days with price. Setup and payment processing charges will be deducted.
On Cancellation of Standard, Professional, Professional Plus, Enterprise, or Yearly Plan, setup charge will be deducted and refund will be send back according to the remaining months, if the account is cancelled within first 60 days.

If you have made payment using Paypal payment Gateway, you can cancel the subscription from your Paypal dashboard.
You can easily export all the email lists from Sendy dashboard. Further if you are willing to export MySql and other relevant data, we can send you MySQL dump and “Uploads” folder in compressed format, after you have cancelled your EasySendy account, upon your request.
