Mandrill Integration Issues

It may happen that you are not receiving the EasySendy Pro server validation email from your Mandrill setup page at EasySendy Pro or you are not able to send emails from your Mandrill SMTP relay service.

If this is the case put your observation on following points:

Did you use correct Mandrill API credentials?
Solution: You can cross verify and follow this step again.

Did you verify your sending domain address in your Mandrill account?

Solution: This is also most important check, you need to have verified an sending domain name in your Mandrill account in order to send outgoing emails from your EasySendy Pro account. You can refer “21. Click on “Verify a Domain” button” step from the integration guide here.

Even if none of the solution works, do cross check:
You have email sending rights with your Mandrill account?
Did you check your email spam/ junk folder at your mailbox?

Even if above settings doesn’t help, feel free to create a support ticket from your EasySendy Pro Dashboard.
